Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

• Economy Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days
• Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
• Ground Freight (TLS 1101 Electric Step) — Due to the size and weight of the StepConcept TLS 1101 Electric Step, this item ships via ground freight. Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after processing. Freight shipments are delivered curbside. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Damage or Issues If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leopoldo@lbjtrading.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
